Follower Value
This application computes both the Twitter Follower Value (TFV) and the Total Twitter Follower Value (TTFV) for a given Twitter user.
As defined in the blog post by Nat Dunn, TFV is simply the number of followers divided by the number of friends for a given user. TTFV is the sum of the TFV's for all of a person's followers.
